With no major design improvements the Surface Laptop 4 stubbles over the same issues that it faced in previous models, and the absence of ports and the thick bezels being the biggest complaints. If you're able to ignore those problems, and you have enough money for the most desirable configurations, then it can't look much better to Windows 10 users than the 13.5-inch Surface Laptop 4.
